We’ve put together a short Expression of Interest Form to get a clearer picture of player interest across all age groups. This is not registration—it simply helps us confirm numbers, shape age group offerings, and ensure you receive tryout details once they’re set.

The Thunder Bay Wolves Basketball Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on:

Location: Room SB-1016, Lakehead University (Fieldhouse Building)
All members, parents, coaches, and players are encouraged to attend. The AGM is an opportunity to:
Hear updates from the past season
Learn more about club operations
Get a look ahead at the 2025–26 season
Board elections will also take place, with the following positions up for election:
President – current Vice-President is running unopposed (must be a current board member per by-laws)
Vice-President (1-year term)
Secretary/Registrar (2-year term – incumbent seeking re-election)
As outlined in our by-laws, only current board members vote in elections. However, all members are welcome to attend and stay informed.
